A back facial utilizes the same techniques as any facial. You might have sensitivity such as redness or inflammation around the extraction areas. That’s totally normal. And remember, your esthetician is here to help.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & NO- SHOWS We have established the following policy to ensure mutual respect for both our clients and our staff. We ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment are subjected to a $20 charge. Clients arriving 20 minutes or later will forfeit the original appointment and will be rescheduled. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedule changes may be necessary. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that all clients cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made the same day, please notify us 3 hours prior. This will provide us the opportunity to reschedule another client.
