If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the item is still in its original packaging, please contact us to request an exchange. You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to rexchange your items. Clearance items or sale items may not be exchanged. 
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the original packaging and unused. Any used, damaged, or opened item is not eligible for an exchange. Gift cards are also not eligible for returns.

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 3-7 business days, depending on product availability. Manou Beauty will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email.
